Two new free hearing-aid clinics

GDA announces two new venues in Gloucestershire for free hearing-aid clinics

The response to GDA's free hearing aid clinics, being held in partnership with Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, has been so positive that GDA is delighted to announce two new clinics will begin in the Forest of Dean at the end of June.

New monthly clinics will take place in Coleford and Lydney, meaning even more people can benefit from the free essential hearing-aid maintenance.

Sam Quinson, GDA's clinic technician said "We are really excited to be extending our services in to the Forest of Dean area. It's such a vast area that up until now many people haven't been able to access the free clinics taking place in other parts of the county. Setting up these two new clinics in Lyndey and Coleford will mean more NHS hearing-aid wearers in the Forest will be able to benefit from our hearing-aid maintenance service which involves cleaning, re-tubing and new batteries. We can also offer impartial advice on specialist listening aid equipment at the appointments if required."
