Ear Health Check
Quick, painless check to assess your ear health and wax levels.
Service Description
At GDA, we offer a professional ear exam to check your ear health and see if there’s any earwax build-up. We use an endoscope with a smartphone to take pictures that you can see. This helps us decide if wax removal (extra charge) is needed. The exam is necessary before any wax removal and is chargeable even if wax removal isn’t needed. Please make sure you use Olive Oil to soften the wax in your ear for 7 days prior to your appointment. Wax Removal Fee £40 to be payable at appointment if required.
Cancellation Policy
Please make sure you use Earol Oil Spray (GDA sell this at their offices sell this if needed) to soften the wax in your ear for 7 days prior to your appointment. If this isn't followed you may be asked to come back at a later date where you will be charged for an Ear Health Check fee again. Please contact us if guidance is needed. We kindly ask for a minimum of 7 days’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or reschedule appointments if less than 7 days’ notice is provided. This policy ensures we can offer appointments to others and continue delivering a reliable service.
