  • How often do I need to change the tubing on my hearing aid?
    Every 4-6 months
  • Can you pick up hearing aid batteries from GDA?
    Yes, you can pop into reception and pick up a maximum of two packs of batteries per hearing aid.
  • My hearing aid isn't working, what do I do?
    Check for any water in the tubing This will be visible droplets of moisture within the tube. If this is the case, take the hearing aid out and leave it to dry in a warm place e.g. an airing cupboard Change the battery Is the tubing stiff? If the tubing is stiff, this can impact the sound travelling through the tube properly. We recommend having the tubing changed at your local hearing aid clinic If you have checked for all of the above and are still having problems, please contact Audiology.
