Jackie's Halloween extravaganza

Witches, ghosts, skeletons and goblins come together to raise money for GDA
It has to be said that GDA supporter and Trustee Jackie Gloyn's charity dinners are becoming somewhat legendry at GDA. Each time Jackie goes above and beyond the call of duty to raise money for the charity.
Jackie's Halloween dinner on Halloween night itself was no exception with Jackie and her team of helpers transforming her home into an Aladdin's cave of cobwebs, spiders and pumpkins. Forty lucky guests enjoyed a delicious array of spooky-themed delights including amputated finger nibbles, meringue 'bloodied bones' and 'devilled pork'.
Guests got into the spirit of the evening by donning their best scariest costumes and joining in the fun.
While Jackie's band of helpers most certainly contributed greatly to the success of the evening, it was Jackie who single-handedly sold raffle tickets and organised matched-funding to help see her total reach more than £2,800.
It goes without saying that Jackie is an absolute star and everyone at GDA is extremely grateful for all of Jackie's hard work. Many congratulations Jackie on another hugely successful event.
